We collect Rockingham Pottery (Circa 1745-1842).
Rockingham Pottery closed in 1842 and all that remains of the pottery today is
the massive Waterloo Kiln (named after the battle of the same name) which is located near Swinton South Yorkshire, England.
Following the closure of the pottery the Kiln was used for some time as an isolation
hospital, and then later as a private dwelling place. A sad ending for one of the worlds most famous potteries.
However Rockingham pottery produced there is still as beautiful today as the day it was made.
